Reusable & Recycled Products
The Problem
Single-use products (especially plastics) are a large and growing source of greenhouse gas emissions and garbage in our oceans and waterways.

How FJDMV is helping
We provide reusable consumer products and use recycled and reused products to store and deliver food.
Our Partners
The FJDMV Volunteer Network only distributes produce in used or reusable bags (paper or plastic). This means thousands of bags have been given a second life delivering Justicia in a grocery bag. Volunteers offer their front porches as 24/7 bag drop off zones for bags and home goods. We save money and reduce our ecological footprint by using second hand materials to package, store, and deliver food. We welcome volunteers to to donate or collect these items: Click here to sign up.
The UK-based - Pachamama Project makes reusable sanitary pads for refugees and vulnerable people and selected us to be their distributor in the U.S. As a result, we have been able to reduce period poverty by providing thousands of free, eco-friendly resources to women and girls who can save money and the planet by using them.
